We will begin running escalation events for new players, either on our own or through PFU. Most of all, we will use our proximity to Marchmont to offer new players a place where they can train, store and even requisition gear (at cost of materials + labor time). We have some t2 recipes, but expect to acquire more over the next few weeks. We are on the verge of having the resources needed to build holdings and outposts. We can already craft everything a fighter or rogue needs at tier 1. So in the meantime, and likely for the next few months we will be playing the same as everyone else. Maybe when factions are introduced, and if they are done correctly, then perhaps we may be able to return to our original goal of being that "danger" in the wilds. This community has mostly rejected any danger that it can not predict, control, place in a box or dictate. This world needs a little danger to add to the Bluddwolf Also, that you might return to your original plan, in time. I hope that this shift in priorities will help your settlement pass through this EE phase that you feel is prohibitive to your desired play style. We are hopeful that this new focus will align better with the current game systems, and we may in the future revisit that shift if necessary or advantageous. We are rebuilding our ranks along with the shift in focus. We also have a good range of T1 crafting available in Aragon / Marchmont and can supply most needs, given time and resources.

We are near to Thornkeep, and Marchmont, (which is currently the starting location of new players.) Because of close proximity to NPC and starter settlements, the potential for new players is high. This provides coal and silver in large quantities. The highlands are not far, including 1 hex immediately adjacent to the settlement. We are in a forest which provides wood and herbs aplenty. We have access to 2 different mountain ranges, each sporting different ores and resources.
